Job Description:

This cost accountant will work as a cost controller for our manufactory plant covering all related cost controlling activities and report to supply chain finance manager.

Main responsibilities:

Ø Monthly closing activities, including production order settlement and close, deemed sales tax (non-refund VAT accrual), fixed billing inventory reconciliation and book recording, physical inventory accounting book, E&O provision, inter-company elimination, storage handling variance accounting book, closing check, etc.

Ø Monthly reporting, including production variance report, PLOH spending analysis and rolling forecast, production volume and mix analysis, global accounting report package, inventory ledger reconciliation.

Ø Annual preparation of plant inventory related documentation for tax registration.

Ø Annual budget preparation, activity rate calculation and set up, and annual cost roll.

Ø Daily product staging (cost run) and transfer price support for intercompany setup.

Ø Weekly and monthly yield gain/(loss) analysis, yield monthly power bi report

Ø Adhoc request from SC or division.

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

Ø University degree in finance, accounting. Over 2 years’ experience in costing accountant.

Ø Ownership is required. Candidate needs to have proven record of high responsibility and embracing shared value.

Ø Self-motivated, strong teamwork, logical thinker.

Ø Communication skills and ability to align complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences

Ø Proven experience in Business Partnering. A good team player.
