主要职责Core Job Responsibilities

- 负责实验室CNAS体系的良好运行，按照计划实施内审，管理评审，外审并及时完成整改。参加工厂的其他审核，协助工厂顺利通过所有内部和外部的审核。

- Responsible for the good operation of the lab CNAS system, complete internal audit, management review, and external audit according to the plan, and complete rectification in time.

Participate in other audits of the plant and assist the plant to successfully pass all internal and external audits.

- 负责持续改善项目，协助完成部门的节约目标，为提高实验室效率献计献策。

- Responsible for CI project to achieve department CIP goal, and help to promote the lab efficiency.

- 负责协助相关作业指导书等文件的起草和更新，能够对其他人员进行培训和分享。

- Draft and update lab service team documents and provide training/sharing to relative department.

- 负责试剂耗材的采购工作；设备的采购，升级验证，维修维护，计量校验工作；实验室6S和GMP检查，确保满足工厂的要求。

- Responsible for the procurement of reagents and consumables; responsible for equipment procurement, upgrade, verification, repair, maintenance and calibration; responsible for the laboratory 6S and GMP inspection to meet the plant requirement.

- 保持安全健康的工作环境；推动EHS意识；参加EHS培训；鼓励其他同事汇报BBS和Near Miss事件，指导其他同事正确使用PPE, 以符合安全要求。

- Maintain a safety working environment, complete related EHS training. Engage the team to submit the BBS Card and report Near Miss, coach the other team to use the PPE correctly, make sure safe.

学历要求Minimum Education

- 食品科学，微生物，药学或相关专业本科及以上学历。

- bachelor degree or above in Food science, Microbiology, Pharmacy or related discipline or Diploma.

经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

- 至少2年相关实验室工作经验。

- At least 2-year lab working experience.

- 具备英语四级的能力，基本的书写和沟通能力。

- CET4 or equivalent level, basic written and communication skills.

- 具备相应的计算机操作能力，能够熟练使用PPT和Excel等。

- Computer operation ability use PPT and Excel skillfully.
