主要职责Core Job Responsibilities：

- 持续监控供应商及物料的质量表现和绩效，开展供应商事件调查和检查预防措施的有效性

Continues monitoring supplier quality performance, follow up supplier event investigation and effectiveness check result.

- 参与新物料供应商的认可流程，持续维护和管理现有供应商的资质，管理合格包材供应商目录

Participate in new supplier qualification work, maintain qualified supplier relevant certification documents, management ASL.

- 开展供应商拜访活动，建立良好的合作关系，以推动物料的优化改进。

Regular supplier visits and establish good relationship with supplier to drive supplier continues improvement.

学历要求Minimum Education：

- 食品科学，乳制品科学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验

Bachelor or above degree in food science, dairy science or related discipline, over 3 years relevant working experience

经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required：

- 3 years QA relevant work experience in food industry

3年以上食品行业QA相关工作经验

- Good communicate capability, could corporate with Multiple department/ function and achieve the target.

具有良好的沟通能力，能够胜任和多部门沟通合作达成目标。

- Preliminary ability to individual trouble shooting skill

具有一定的独立解决问题的综合能力

- Understanding and familiar with GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000 food safety system.

理解并熟悉GMP,HACCP, FSSC22000等食品安全体系

- Internal& external audit experience, or supplier audit experience.

具有内外审经验或者供应商审核经验。

- Familiar with infant formula and FSMP product relevant regulation would be preferred.

熟悉婴幼儿配方乳粉，特殊医学用途配方食品产品相关的法律法规者优先考虑

- Ability to communicate in English is required
