主要职责Core Job Responsibilities

- 据程序要求，完成生产计划/物料计划的编排，并跟踪计划的完成情况；

- Production schedule/ material planning accordingly to procedure and track the actual status on time.

- 带领相关人员进行计划相关异常情况的原因分析和行动方案制定，以避免对生产计划的执行产生影响以及造成不必要的物料损失；

- Lead planning related abnormal issue root cause analysis and mitigation plan discussion to avoid impacting to production plan execution and unnecessary material loss to plant..

- 计划相关KPI管理和持续改进；

- Planning related KPI management and continuous improvement;

- 计划相关系统的主数据维护和管理(BPCS/INFOR)；

- Master data maintenance and management of planning related system（BPCS/INFOR）.

- 代表计划团队参与工厂项目团队时，能够全面客观的从计划角度对项目进行支持，并在团队内做好必要的信息沟通和共享；

- When participate in plant level project team in representing of planning team, provide comprehensive support from overall planning perspective and share information within team when necessary.

- 协调和协助解决计划团队内的共性问题，帮助团队成员进步；

- Coordinate to deal with planning team related issues and support other team members.

- 执行上级分配的其他工作任务或特殊安排；

- Other tasks or assignment arranged by line manager.

学历要求Minimum Education

- 本科

- Bachelor’s degree or above

经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

- 至少2-3年计划方面的工作经验

- At least 2-3 years of planning related experience

- 流利的英语听说读写

- Fluent English for both written and spoken.
