JD & JD POP management
JD FGS business
· Achieve JD net sales and well-manage relationship with site to ensure resource.
· Set, manage and monitor TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of JD in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
· Be respond for the JD performance of key metrics like GMV, P&L, Stock Turnover, and coordinate with EMKT on evaluating UV, Conversion, AUS, Member and New User performance in order to increase brand sales and profit.
JD POP business
· Be responsible for JD POP business and distributor management.
Business Analysis & Reporting
· Analysis of sales, site performance, category insight, campaigns performance.
· Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion, member growth and consumer behavior, marketing programs.
E-marketing & Operation
· Constantly improve site usability together with marketing team and TP.
· Direct and implement regular JD event to generate more traffic and sales.
· Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team.
· Create reports to analyze marketing results.
· Track and analyze competition in JD platform.
· Develop eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion.
