Core Responsibilities:
•
Sales Target Achievement:
Make monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans, allocate the target to distributors, and ensure the KPI fulfillment.
•
Distributors recruitment & management:
Build national distributor expansion plan, co-design the contract terms and policies, and lead the distributor recruitment and signing negotiations.
•
Channel Strategy Implementation:
Monitor the distribution quality and achievement of the distributors, optimize the execution of core clients, set communication mechanism with distributors to manage inventory, collect competitive trends and help to solve problem.
•
Distributor Enablement & Evaluation:
Design training systems for the distributors, conduct quarterly performance review, and establish distributor optimization mechanism.
•
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-function team to improve OFR/FCST accuracy and P&L, assist in making exclusive channel policies for offline distributors.
Qualifications:
•
Familiar with and Passionate about the pet industry, agree with our brand values and food philosophy.
•
5+ years in FMCG/pet industry channel management, capable of designing distributor management system.
•
Strong learning agility and ability to independently deliver product value to pet lovers & our clients.
•
High pressure tolerance with frequent travel requirements
核心职责:
•
销售目标达成:
制定月/季/年度销售计划,分销目标至经销商,跟踪经销商销售进度,完成业绩指标;
•
经销商开发与维护:
制定全国经销商拓展计划,参与合同条款及合作政策的制定,主导经销商筛选及签约谈判;
•
渠道策略落地与监控:
掌握经销商分销客户情况,推进其核心客户的执行达标和品牌呈现质量,监控经销商库存周转,每月与经销商保持密切沟通,收集市场反馈,协助解决问题;
•
经销商赋能与考核:
设计经销商培训体系,执行季度经销商绩效评估,制定经销商优化机制;
•
跨部门协同与资源整合:
与跨部门团队充分协作,优化OFR/FCST准确率/费用管控等关键性业务指标。协助制定经销商专属渠道政策。
任职要求:
•
熟悉并热爱宠物行业,认同品牌理念;
•
5年以上快消品/宠物行业渠道管理经验,能够独立设计经销商管理体系;
•
具备协作精神和较强的沟通力,能与跨部门及跨公司团队协同作战;
•
具备较强的学习能力和意愿,能独立完成产品价值传递;
•
抗压性强,能够接受高频出差。
