Main Purpose of this role:
Develop category growing strategy of TMICC China key accounts in terms of channel strategy,
drive brand success though implements right portfolio/ price /promotion /activity / etc.
Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure top line and P&L business delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Category & Channel Priority in KA channel
- Lead shopper insight into key account channel, achieve business and P&L target through identifying business opportunities, business initiative execution and trade budget control
- Develop 6P from category lens fit into key account channel scope
2. Monthly/Quarterly business forecast & landing, including volume, GSV, TTS & TO
-Close work with NCCD to customize the national category plan forecast on COTC, NPD, promotions with dynamic management
-Delivery S&OP and P&L via trade spending management, include TTS&BMI
-Work with NSMM to develop category and customer instore experience
3. Category Premiumization & Digitalization
-Lead promotion digitalization agenda
-Facilitate brand and product digitalization agenda with CDEx team
4. Operation Simplification
-Drive CCD simplification agenda
