Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Strategy & system development
• Develop a full-lifecycle CRM strategy based on the company's business status, future development strategy and industry features, including user stratification, touchpoint mechanism, retention system and conversion path design.
• CRM system construction (including data integration, process configuration and tool selection) to ensure the system adapts to business scenarios;
• Track the implementation of CRM strategy, and continuously optimize user operation efficiency through data iteration to improve repurchase rate and user loyalty.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy
• Formulate global marketing strategies for core content platforms such as Douyin and RED.
• Build digital marketing platform capabilities, connect data and operational links between content platforms and e-commerce channels (Tmall/JD/Douyin E-commerce, etc.), and realize the closed loop of "content seeding - traffic undertaking - transaction conversion";
• Track industry digital marketing trends (such as private domain traffic, AI marketing tools, short video/live streaming marketing), and introduce innovative methods and technical means to enhance the competitiveness of the marketing platform.
Requirements
1. Education & Major
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Digital Media, E-Commerce or related fields is preferred.
2. Working Experience
• Over 8 years of digital marketing experience in China market, with practical experience in CRM system construction and operation of content platforms (Douyin/RED);
• Understand the trends of China's digital marketing ecosystem (such as private domain traffic, AI marketing tools, short video/live streaming marketing), and be able to formulate strategies based on business needs.
3. Core Competencies
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop implementable CRM and digital marketing strategies based on business goals, industry characteristics and user needs;
• Execution & Collaboration: Strong project management ability, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve goals;
• Data insights: Proficient in using data analysis tools to optimize operational effects through data;
• Communication Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English
