• Act as an technical lead in China to success Advisory Proposal implementation and rollout the Digitalization solution

• Work with partners and stakeholders in Asia, Europe and US directly

• Lead or assist the architecture team to provide business & technical solution fit for business need

• Promote the best technology to improve user experience and report presentation.

• Understand and clarify functional requirements and create detail technical design for developers

• Conduct necessary code review to ensure high coding standard quality and programming principles are achieved

• Conduct technical spike and PoC for new technologies

• Adopt the best design pattern in daily work

• Ensure delivery schedule is achieved

• Align and support the DevOps and Agile delivery approach, tooling and practices adoption

• As member of L3 support team to provide L3 support for the product.

• Follow the delivery control guideline required by HSBC

• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met

• Facilitate product lifecycle management, business requirements and architecture

• Support POD lead to meet the timeline and financial goals

• Support China delivery team capability uplift

• Support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives

• Technical knowledge on Java, SprintBoot, PostgreSQL, JQuery, IBM WAS, Liberty, BIRT

• Technical design skills

• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude

• Proven technical leadership skills

• Domain knowledge on Financial products

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively

• Good English communication skill

• Minor 6 years experience in related IT areas.

• Experience with Aladdin proposal solution and business workflow.

• Experience on implementation of Tealium, Accessibility etc.

• Experience in Global Private Banking IT and in Investment/Wealth Management domain would be a plus

• Experience in AWS/GCP would be a plus
