Main Scope and Responsibilities:

Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling) within China, aligned with Mars global templates and local market needs.
•
Manage integration of SAP with local finance platforms (e.g., Golden Tax system, banking interfaces, invoice management, and electronic reporting platforms).
•
Work closely with the China Finance business team to identify digitalization opportunities, manage functional requirements, and support roadmap development.
•
Serve as the subject matter expert during testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare phases.
•
Ensure financial data accuracy and process compliance across all digital platforms and interfaces.
•
Collaborate with global and regional IT teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure successful solution delivery and ongoing support.
•
Support and lead finance system upgrades, statutory changes, and system lifecycle initiatives for the China market.
•
Provide guidance to junior analysts and help foster knowledge sharing and documentation within the Finance digital community.
•
Reports to the Finance and HR Product Manager in the China Digital Technology team.
•
Operates across both project and operational contexts, managing SAP and non-SAP finance platforms.
•
Interfaces with global Finance IT teams, local statutory bodies, commercial finance leaders, and technology vendors.
•
Ensures that digital finance capabilities meet the dual demands of global consistency and local compliance.
•
Plays a leadership role in shaping future-ready finance capabilities for Mars China.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, SAP FI/CO certification) are a plus.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in both Mandarin and English.
•
Solid organizational and leadership capability with an end-to-end process mindset.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrix environment.
Knowledge/Experience
•
6+ years of experience working in SAP Finance (FI/CO), preferably in a multinational or manufacturing/FMCG environment.
•
Deep understanding of China statutory and financial reporting requirements (e.g., Golden Tax, e-fapiao, bank reconciliation, VAT).
•
Experience in digital transformation projects, including SAP implementation or upgrades.
•
Familiarity with financial integration across procurement, logistics, and commercial processes.
•
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive alignment between business and IT.
•
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
