1.Design for electrical drives, power sections and controls;

2.Participate in development and localization projects with and without international participation;

3.Carry out regular analyses concerning product optimization;

4.Participation in benchmark and design to cost projects;

5.Participate in multi-national teams (Chinese, German);

6.Other tasks assigned by leader.

1.Bachelor degree and above, major in electrical related;

2. Knowledge of electrical design in converter;

3. Should be familiar with analysis tools;

4. Have experience in design systems;

5. Knowledge about intl., Chinese and German standards and regulations regarding electrical parts drives;

6.5 years of experience in drive;

7.experience in solution / service business etc;

8.experience with system integration;

9.Fluent English.
