Be responsible for initiate maintenance plan, maintenance budgets, optimize spare parts management, improving equipment utilization and other logistics related supporting work for warehouse logistics equipment.

 •Be responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse logistics equipment, promptly solve problems occurring in warehouse logistics equipment, and ensure the overall performance of logistics

• Summarize the problems, root causes and solutions of warehouse logistics equipment, accumulate technical knowledge and improve the efficiency of solving machine problems

• Initiate the maintenance management of the entire life cycle of warehouse logistics equipment, and keep records and archive timely.

• Be responsible for the selection of logistic equipment, purchase and management of spare parts related to warehouse logistics equipment

• Put forward early warning suggestions for the maintenance of warehouse logistics equipment, and based on the maintenance suggestions by equipment manufacturers, propose improvement plans

• Provide technical guidance and training related to equipment for the blue-collar maintenance team

• Initiate reports on the shutdown of warehouse logistics equipment, upgrading and transformation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement etc.

• Bachelor's degree (or above) majoring in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or related fields

• With over 5 years of experience in the maintenance and management of logistics equipment are preferred

• Be familiar with mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams of equipment

• With more experience of the brands of commonly used components and spare parts for warehouse logistics equipment

• Be familiar with the working principles of warehouse logistics equipment (such as elevators, AGVs, roller conveyor lines, etc.) and the mechanical working principles of other common equipment

• Automation/digitalization knowledge preferred.

• PLC knowledge preferred
