This position is to take the responsibility of production management. This position will focus on:

• Initiate regular maintenance plan for machines base on request.

• Establish critical machines emergency recovery plan (ERP).

• Establish machine preventive maintenance system via monitoring actual machine status, preferred by via AI solution.

• Deal with unexpected machine problems within short time period (Trouble shooting), and guarantee machine running smoothly.

• Spare parts management include consumption and replenishment of spare parts.

• Upgrade machine technology and continuously improve machine efficiency (CIP).

• Statistics & analysis machine problems and take action to reduce machine down time and fulfill machine utilization KPI target.

• Statistics & analysis maintenance cost, take actions for cost saving.

• Support improvement projects related machine issue.

• To be responsible for people development, health and safety issues

• Bachelor degree (or above) is required in mechanical / electrical/ automatic.

• More than 5 years working experience of maintenance, with Trumpf working experience preferred.

• Automation knowledge.

• Digitalization knowledge preferred.

• PLC knowledge preferred.

• Maintenance experience regarding Automatic machine and flow line.

• Sheet metal machine/laser welding machine/robot and AGV preferred.

• Be good at people collaboration / communication

• Good Communication skills in English
