职位描述

The individual will assume responsibility for FPC and BPC platforms for Lay’s, including:

1) FPC – STAX Platform: Deliver business target for STAX platform. Rejuvenate the platform to resume growth momentum, including innovation, marketing campaign, GTM strategy, consumer engagement, and disruptive brand experience.

2) BPC – French Fries (FF) Platform: Deliver business target for FF platform. Stepchange the FF portfolio strategy with E2E ownership, including Innovation (product + package), marketing campaign, GTM strategy, and consumer engagement.

3)other ad hoc project/task assigned by line manager

任职条件

- Bachelor degree or above, 7 year+ marketing/brand management experiences

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and business analytical skills

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Strong commercial connectivity with business-oriented mindset

- Strong creative and digital experience with strong consumer centricity

- Passionate, self-motivated, and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

Differentiating Competencies Required:

- Innovative on business model, disruptive thinking and mindset on 0-1 business set-up

- Strong problem solving, agile to face un-expected challenges and strong can-do spirit

- Strong influence skills as the platform leader
