Position Summary:

For the position of Regional Systems Solution Engineer, we seek a highly motivated individual to be our 1st point of technical contact with our customers in the region in the domain Medical Imaging.

Responsibility:

• 1st level Technical support for Customers in the region
• Supporting world leading innovations on medical imaging technologies (CT and X-ray)
• Support Product regional marketing and sales on Go To Market strategies in the region
• Coordination of technical aspects of Customer communication with System Architects and Engineering
• Close communication and alignment with PL Medical, BL SSE and PL Medical R&D team
• Define technical specifications with customers for new product definition, in coordination with System Architect
• Interface to assembly subcontractors and suppliers in the region, both for product definition and project development.
• Follow up and tracking of milestones in close alignment with our Sales organization
• Design-win support for leading accounts, addressing technical aspects of our solutions

• Technical Education (Bachelor or Master), preferably in Electronics
• 5-10 year experience in a similar position, as Field Application Engineer, System Architect or equivalent
• Expertise / Application Know-how in the field of Medical Imaging is a clear advantage. Experience in PCCT is highly appreciated. 
• Understanding of Medical Imaging markets and trends in the region
• Self-starter and self-sufficient in addressing customer requests
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel (50%), predominantly in Greater China
