1. Overall responsible of project management of new product developments of integrated circuits and modules with end-to-end responsibility in the development flow, including concept, specification, design, layout, assembly, evaluation, production test, quality, reliability, product engineering and release to mass production

2. Responsible of driving internal and external teams during project execution to meet technical and commercial requirements

3. Responsible of interfacing external suppliers in COT model and ability to interface to internal and external technology suppliers like wafer foundries, module assembly houses, advanced technologies like optical filter…

4. Organization of meetings, generation of regular reports, alignment with all stakeholders including reporting to management.

1. Master degree in engineering or similar, official degree on project management is a plus

2. Proven experience of at least 7 years in project management for integrated circuits and module solutions

3. Proven ability to drive teams to successful project completion with multidisciplinary teams based in multiple locations

4. Knowledge in CMOS, HVCMOS, BCD technologies and filter technologies is a plus

5. Excellent team player, analytic thinking and innovation

6. Good communicator, fluent in Mandarin and English
