Position Summary (岗位描述)

1.Lead new product introductions including defining the project target, calculating and confirming business case requirement, planning the project timeline and budget. Completing the evaluation of the project/product risk assessment and product design, finishing line setup and pilot line running. Releasing the project on timeline. 

2. Communicate with supporting department to find the solution of the issues during project running and let project running smoothly to fulfill the project target.

Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Capable to handle Project Leader: Project size 'M/L'

2. Capable to handle site Project Leader: Project size 'L/XL/Top'

3. Verification of product design and line set up by workability runs and analysis of the results

4. Production support during ramp up and changes (PPCM / PCN's)

5. Support Application engineering, marketing and customers

6. Responsibility for project budget, time schedule and scope

7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.  

Qualification (任职者要求)

1. Bachelor/Master above in engineering

2. LED/automotive/Semiconductor/optics/ optoelectronics engineering or project management for Bachelor>3 years; <1 year Master with fluent oral English is acceptable

3. Project Management skill or PMP certification preferred

4. Basic communication; Basic Decision making and problem solving;

5. Capable to communicate with global team.

6. Able to guide & train new employee

7. Willing to share within team and R&D
