1. Support New Product Introductions by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting or exceeding quality and timeline targets. Include equipment 2nd source and cost savings targets be met through new supplier or new process introduction. Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Assume Project Leader for delivering mid/high complex process and equipment solutions for assigned R&D products working independently for the most parts. 担任项目负责人，负责为指定的研发产品提供中/高度复杂的工艺和设备解决方案，这些产品在大多数零件上独立工作。

2. Provide technical inputs in 2nd source/alternative vendor decisions demonstrating ability to understand machine concepts and matching to needs. 在第二来源/替代供应商决策中提供技术输入，证明理解机器概念和满足需求的能力。

3. Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project. 担任顾问/项目负责人，为长期问题和持续改进项目的工程或生产提供支持。

Qualification (任职者要求)

Could be knowledge, competency and interpersonal skills, qualification shall be linked with interview appraisal process

1. Diploma or above in Opto/ Electronic Engineering related Science and Engineering major光电工程相关科学与工程专业大专以上学历

2. Semiconductor backend testing field半导体后端测试领域

3. Minimum 2 years working experience in Semiconductor Tester Environment (e.g. electro-optical measurement and programming, automated test equipment (ATE)) ; fresh graduated master with high capability is acceptable 至少2年半导体测试仪环境工作经验（如光电测量和编程、自动化测试设备（ATE））; 优秀的硕士应届毕业生也可以接受

4. Experience in Project Management (time and resource allocation management), covering equipment selection, setup and buyoff (release to production) 项目管理经验（时间和资源分配管理），包括设备选择、设置和验收（投产）

5. Able to Setup ATE independently after training provided. In-depth understanding in Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Systematic Problem Solving Methodology, e.g. DMAIC, 8D, 6-Sigma, Why-why, etc. 经过培训后能够独立设置ATE。深入理解测量系统分析（MSA）、统计过程控制（SPC）和系统问题解决方法，如DMAIC、8D、6西格玛、为什么等

6. IT skills: Microsoft Office 365 IT技能：Microsoft Office 365
