Responsibilities:

AP MRO leader is Responsible for strategically managing and optimizing 7 plants Engineering store spare parts inventory,

• You will leading SAP Master data creation and maintenance for all MRO items to ensure data integrity and standardization. 
• You are responsible to defining and implementing common sourcing strategies across plants to leverage regional buying power and standardize specifications. 
• You also need to coordinating with Plant teams to optimize spare parts availability, supplier performance and cost efficiency while maintaining compliance with company polices. 
• You are request to work on cluster inventory for high value spare parts (CHINA, INDIA & ASEAN), spare parts source change from global OEM to BCC with Pilot & replication process, optimize stock level of A & B parts by applying two statistical MRP models.

Qualifications:

Must have:

1. You with MRO inventory management /Maintenance management in an industrial environment.
2. You are excellent in English, both in writing and speaking.
3. You with good communication, analytical and planning skills. 
4. Required Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have:

1. You are experienced in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Lean environment.
2. You with solid technical background. Understanding of computerized layout, spreadsheet and database management.
