1. Develop divisional quality strategy and provide E2E quality management to improve customer experience.
2. Review divisional quality metric, drive quality loss program and performance improvement.
3. Manage customer complaint handling, coordinate with cross functional teams to lead the root cause analysis and CAPA.
4. Provide the quality management for design quality on innovation and localization projects.
5. Drive the plant quality culture and capability building.
6. Work and communicate with global quality management.
7. Support supplier development and qualification in terms of quality based on sourcing strategy.
8. Ensure the end-to-end management of supplier quality and perform quality audit to make sure quality standard and compliance with insourcing contract management.
9. Manage the market surveillance, customer audit, external audit and implement internal audit.
10. Use digital/AI technology to transform the quality system and operation.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or chemistry related fields.
2. More than 8 years of quality management experience in the chemical specialty or FMCG related industry. Division quality or regional quality experience is required.
3. Strong knowledge of end to end quality management, and capable of using quality management tools for quality analysis and improvement. Lean or TPM certificate is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent communication in English.
