MAIN RESPONSABILITIES：

         To provide high quality design input and output according to the company’s plan and requirement.

         To improve damper design at the whole process of the project and provide solution to problem/failures.

         Responsible for the technical communication with customers including project plan, technical requirement, document approval, etc.

         Following the design criteria, specifications, and statement of work, design drawings and any relevant documentation, ensuring that technical adequacy and accuracy of engineering document.

         To find all the related design documents for damper system, for example, to define the detailed function of system, interface requirements and Issue TRD drawings and SOS and so on.

         To perform the design of the damper with support of the engineering team in Europe.

         To manage the required qualification tests.

         To give support in order to realize expertise on site or at customer facilities.

         To participate with the local and European team to the continuous development of the products and its improvement (QCD).

         Independently lead projects to develop new dampers.

         Can provide technical guidance to others and review others' design proposals.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES：

         More than 6 years of experience in the design and development of bogie damper, valves and hydraulic control components.

         Bachelor’s degree.

         Good communication skills.

         Experience on bogies or dampers or Hydraulic cylinder products, Have the ability to communicate with clients and teams.

         Experience on design parts and products, knowledge on design software (e.g： Catia V5, ERP,PLM), CAN design 3D model and 2Ddrawing.

         Ability to use Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PPT. Possess the ability to write and manage documents.

         Ability of finite element analysis and strength calculation are appreciated.

         Experience on railway area, Possess the analysis capabilities of RAMS, LCC, FRACAS and FEMA.

         Have the ability to identify materials and understand the forming process of components.

         Possess the ability to identify important processes, such as welding, spraying, bonding, torque, etc

         Familiar with the system management process and capable of preparing for audits, Know the APSYS system.

         Possessing the ability to identify errors, security risks, and problems, and being adept at using quality tools to analyze and solve issues.

         Basic knowledge of environment, occupational health and safety for this position

         Good coordination ability.
