JOB PURPOSE:
Job Sales Pitch:
The Payroll Supervisor role is primarily responsible for collaborating with HR operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in full compliance with statutory policies. It provides critical data support to HR business partners and Employee Relations, enhances operational effectiveness, and contributes to overall employee satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Pre-Payroll data preparation: Upload employee master data, allowances, related sales incentive as well as social insurance & housing fund data to local Platinum System
•Time&Attendance Data: Coordinate with HRS to collect data of Time&Attendance and conduct Overtime and Non-annual leave validation
•Leave and Absence Management: Annual leave validation and manual upload for Blue Collars as well as Maternity Leave validations and processing
•Compensation & Benefits: Process payroll data using the Platinum System and conduct manual reconciliation for Leaver payroll
•Other Reports Delivery: Including Finance reports, payslip release, IT Report and statutory reporting
•Global Mobility: Contact Window for country to Global mobility team and own international mobility cases for country.
•Third-party employees Management: Administer the on-boarding, off-boarding, contract renewals, and payroll calculations for third-party employees.
•Declaration: Be familiar with Golden Tax Phase III system, and able to independently complete individual income tax declaration. Be familiar in operating the One-Stop Online Service System to execute social insurance enrollment and withdrawal for employees.
•Respond to employee inquiries: Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and the logic behind compensation calculations.
•A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers payroll projects in full compliance with global requirements.
