• E2E performance management against agreed financial framework, lead month end closing and drive insight on actual results, prepare forecast submission, identify call to action if any financial performance gaps.

• Support data analysis for Global Finance forum including Quarterly business review, Annual operating plan, etc. Prepare quarterly channel P&L review, providing insights into management and decision making.

• Partner BD team to do innovation business case. Including BC build up and innovation performance tracking.

• Partnership to resource allocation across P&L lines to maximize performance, including portfolio, channel, customer, activity etc. Govern pre investment evaluation and embed post investment evaluation into regular business review.

• Partnership to Ecommerce site performance, ensure Trade Term Spending per planning and claim process compliance.

• Partnership supply chain on fuel for growth agenda, i.e. Logistic saving, Business waste saving.

• Set and lead finance controls/Stewardship agenda in the business process and mitigate financial risk exposure.

Professional Skill:

•          Professional in management accounting

•          Good at Excel, Powerpoint, and SAP

•          Able to process massive data and able to present data efficiently to support business decision.

•          FMCG commercial finance experience and channel/ customers management experience preferred.

•          Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

•          Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience required:

•          Over 2 years’ accounting/ finance business partnering experiences.
