Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
•Manage local mature commercialized clients and MNCs.
•Develop and implement strategic account plans using global resources, with differentiated approaches to the business needs in PD & manufacturing stages.
•Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships via better use company tools like SFDC etc.
•Work closely with FAS, Marketing partners and other internal stakeholders, utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process.
•Build and maintain strategic relationships with the client’s key stakeholders.
•Establish a strong internal network across the organization globally for partnering with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
•
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or life sciences related major. Other majors as appropriate.
•
Min. 5 years’ working experience in pharma, including min.3 years sales experience, at least 1 year KA management experience preferred.
•
Economic and financial know-how
•
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people of different levels, for presentation, discussion, and negotiation.
•
Solid account management, project management, customer analysis, planning & organizing related skills.
•
Proactive, result driven, resilient, collaborative attitude.
•
Solid English reading, writing & speaking.
