Report to: Producer

RESPONSIBILITIES

·You will help producer to manage the day-to- day development through production and the launch of the game and live service.

· You will work with producer to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.

· You will create prioritized action plans based on many different sources of feedback. Regularly reviews and updates priorities.

· You will clearly understand scope versus capacity and prioritizes appropriately.

· You will set quality targets for features, functionality, domains and/or modes of the game.

· You will create and recommend action plans based on focus testing results.

· You will analyze quality metrics and KPIs; recommends action plan to address.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· An experienced producer with 5+ years of experience in a game production role.

· Possesses data-driven capabilities, excels at influencing decision-making, and is adept at coordination and communication.

· A great communicator that understands what is working, what is of concern, and what needs to be improved.

· Excellent written English and strong presentation abilities.

· Being a passionate Soccer fan or FIFA/FC player is definitely an asset, let's get in the game together!
