职位介绍:

 

作为高级专员,整合平台市场营销,您将与销售团队,市场营销团队密切合作以了解整体业务、品牌及营销战略和计划,为新措施的商业化提供商业和营销战略,并通过整合平台部署营销内容的传播,包括短视频、主视觉、插图、产品图、页面设计及社交内容工具包的落地调整。此外,该职位还将负责重大线下活动的营销传播和相关活动的落地工作。

 

工作内容:

 

·        制定业务/营销策略,并通过与内部营销团队、销售团队及外部合作伙伴的跨团队协作,执行并管理商业化项目:

o  负责外部合作伙伴的联合营销活动,从方案制定、落地执行到效果回顾;

o  统筹外部合作伙伴的媒体联合投放,包括预算拆解、渠道选择、投放监控与复盘;

o  深入洞察不同平台的消费者偏好与行为,提供定制化创意内容以适应不同平台环境;

o  遵循标准操作流程,保证跨团队沟通高效、活动按时交付且质量达标。


·        支持商品拍摄: 规划拍摄需求,审核拍摄方案及成片,确保按时高质量交付。

·        负责营销素材的审核、支持及管理,确保品牌一致性及素材合规性。

·        管理项目预算、合同流程及付款节点,确保财务合规与风险控制。

Senior Specialist, Integrated Platform Marketing

Line of Business: Integrated Platform, Commercial Strategy & Innovation

Location: Shanghai, China


Job Summary:

This Senior Specialist, Integrated Platform Marketing will work closely with the Marketing team and Sales team to understand the overall business, Brand & Marketing strategy and plans, to provide commercial & marketing strategy for the new initiative commercialization, and deploy marketing communication content, including short videos, KV, digital artwork, product photos, page design, and social content adaptation toolkits via Integrated Platforms. Additionally, this role will be responsible for marketing communication and activation of SHDR's major offline events.


Job Responsibilities:

Develop business/marketing strategies and lead end-to-end execution of commercial projects through cross-functional collaboration with internal Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

·        Own co-marketing campaigns with external partners - from concept design, execution to post-campaign review.

·        Manage joint media buys, including budget planning, channel strategy, and post-buy analysis.

·        Deep dive into consumer preferences and behaviors on key platforms and deliver tailor-made creative assets aligned with each platform’s tone.

Oversee product photoshoots, including proposal reviews, creative direction, and final asset approval to maintain brand consistency and high production standards. 

Review, manage, and archive all marketing assets to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

Monitor project budgets, contract workflows, and payment schedules to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation.

Follow and establish streamlined workflows to ensure seamless cross-team coordination, on-time delivery, and quality assurance. 


任职条件

我们希望您:

 

·        本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、商务或相关专业优先。

·        5年以上营销传播、活动创意及执行制作或相关项目管理经验

·        熟悉主流社媒平台玩法及广告投放逻辑,具备数据解读与洞察能力。

·        出色的跨部门、跨公司沟通与协作能力,能够管理多方期望并推动项目落地。

·        具备创意审美,能独立审核视觉及内容产出并提出优化方向。

·        能够在时限内完成工作,对细节敏感,抗压能力强,可同时管理多个项目。

·        中英文流利,可作为工作语言。

Desired Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in branding, marketing, business, or related majors;

·        5+ years of experience in marketing communication, campaign initiation & execution, creative production, or relevant project management experience;

·        Proven experience in strategic planning and project management;

·        Demonstrate analytical skills in data-based creative performance analysis and report-out

·        Ability to work with tight schedules and strong attention to detail is a MUST;

·        Strong collaborative, relationship-building, and influencing skills;

·        Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, including solid presentation skills.

·        Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
