Take RPP (Cost Down) leader, cooperation with cross function team including purchasing, quality, engineering, manufacture.i.e.

Focus on RPP activities of WLD/SD/SCA including RPP idea collection, evaluation &implement.

Specific topic of product improvement will be assigned according to capacity/experience situation

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project management

•Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

•Keen market sense with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the engineering sector

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

•Experience in cost reduction initiatives and process improvement

•Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus
