• Align LD eAxle sales topics with responsible GCT, and responsible PRM

•Identify and implement measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction

•Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship in all related functions

•Lead and advise associate in project acquisition and management

•Coordinate and align project management topics for LD eAxle among projects and customers and with global stakeholders

•Master or bachelor of engineering or similar technical oriented major

•≥ 8 years working experience in technical oriented position or project management

• Leadership ability

•Technical comprehension and understanding of complex processes

•Good communication skills
