Definition:
Customer Service covers domestic and export transactions of chemicals and products of ELASPAN® fiber Business within east region and from east region to other regions/countries for external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provides high quality customer service to customers and in sales support.
· Handles and coordinates orders and allocations to meet order requirements.
· Create and process P.O. and sale orders in SAP, making sure order is cleared with proper approvals.
· Coordinates with vendors, 3PLs and Logistics on order shipment/delivery to customers.
· Monitor and communicate on order shipment/delivery status to customers.
· Coordinate shipping documents on shipment/delivery of orders and check to ensure documentation excellence in terms of accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
· Manage and coordinate to address order and shipment issues and complaints with customers.
Education, Experience and Skills
· University/Higher level education qualification
· 4~5 years’ experience in customer service in multi-national company, preferably with experience in chemical industry
· High degree of personal integrity and commitment to compliance
· Good experience and knowledge in order processing in SAP
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge on domestic and international trade
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
