Job Summary：

Lead NPD/NTP/VAVE projects and deliver result on time and quality

Responsibilities:

Lead NA region Chiller NPD/NTP/VAVE project, make project plan including schedule, resource , and technical management

Lead a cross function team following PDP process to workout requirements, develop concepts, make project plan, track/control risks, and validate design to ensure high quality and on time delivery product design.

Tight and frequent communication with NA team.

Working closely with other program functional team as design Engineering team, including product management, operation, procurement, quality.

Qualifications:

Project management

Engineering background

Clearly and active communication

Key Competencies:

5~10 years working experience

Project management experience

PMI certified preferred

Heat transfer/engineering thermodynamics/refrigeration engineering knowledge background preferred

Chiller (Centrifugal/Screw/Scroll) development experience preferred

Good writing & oral English skill

Project office skill

Write and speak clearly

Willing to work hard and endure the job pressure
