1.Secretarial/Administrative Support: Provision of day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to TA Head;
2.Coordinate and schedule appointments;
3.Screen correspondence (including mail, phone calls, expenses, email – limited access, and other material);
4.Preparation of expense claims reports;
5.Utilize Microsoft office applications to complete team meeting documents;
6.Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements;
7.Meeting Management;
8.Coordinate agenda for meetings and take and transcribe minutes of meeting;
9.Team support;
10.Organize team meetings;
11.Working with TA team to support talent development programs;
12.Team building planning.
1.Essential knowledge and skills;
2.2+ year experience in a similar role;
3.Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, office;
4.Fluent in English;
