岗位概要: Key Performance Area

All-rounder and seasoned SC finance leader with strong business acumen cover integrated

planning/implementation/analytical cycle to drive value-added and insights driven action plans for cost

optimization. Previous work scope covers end to end supply chain value stream management and food

industry experience. Equip sound knowledge of food category trading commodities procurement value

chain construction and experience in managing the complex supply network model: Own factories, external

suppliers, import and export operation flow. Good understanding of food category logistics cost to serve

model and stock strategy in omni-channel & EC platforms to drive CPU optimization. Strong leadership

presence to manage, coach and develop sizable and remote base team members with trust building and

effective communication. Be capable of influencing stakeholders’ decision-making with the right approach

and timing.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

1)   Business partner:

Business Partner to SC head, Sourcing head for directing SC finance team in support of all aspects of financial management and value creation initiatives

Lead ongoing performance management and provide recommendations for improvements, including monthly performance review with China Operations Leadership Team

Lead the compilation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning for China Operations. Manage performance to these versions, providing recommendations on opportunities and risks

Focus on Continuous Improvement projects and dynamic resource allocation to support the achievement of financial targets

2)   Supply Chain Value Stream and Cost Management

Lead for inflation guidance and HMM (cost saving) target cascading

Evaluate different sourcing scenarios in conjunction with commodity full value chain evolution

Analyze cost drivers, variances, and propose corrective or potential cost saving measures as daily routine

Analysis support for in-house networking remapping, Make vs. Buy study, Localization model options

Lead the logistics cost to serve analytical deep dive to capture the best shipment and storage model

Develop “Should Be” cost model by cost benchmarking vs competitor by articulating the comparable

business attributes and advantages

3)   Core Working Capital Management

Supervise the site related project Accounting / CAPEX, and provide advice financial returns on investment

projects during pre/post evaluation cycle

Evaluate the stock strategy proposal at the right level to balance out of stock risk and potential aging risk

Review and approval for advance payment and special payment term request

4)   Compliance ambassador, process & control enhancement:

Responsible to ensure controls sufficiency and effectiveness regarding the full SC cycle

Work with SC to drive improvements and automation of processes, systems, and controls

5)   Lead for SC Finance Modernization Transformation:

Replicate and implement the cost management tool to visualize and monitor the cost spent

Generate GEP report for specific PNL COGS analysis and AOC cost bridge validation

Explore the potential solution for the planning and actual close process integration and reporting automation

Develop the dashboard and analytical package for business diagnosis and action taken

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

l Minimum 15 years of experience in full scope supply finance controlling & costing analysis role

l Big 4 and Finance MT background and food industry background will be plus

l Familiar with the ERP system (SAP is a plus) and sound knowledge of MS Excel

l Good communication skill in both English & Chinese

l A self-starter, who independently looks for where they can add value in a dynamic environment

l Ability to work autonomously as a key member across finance and supply chain leadership teams

l Excellent understanding of internal control, costing accounting treatment, E2E SC process

l Can do attitude with analytical focus, fully engaged from plan to execution in an agile way

l Have their own opinions and dare to speak out

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

l University Degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Auditing

l Professional finance qualification (equiv. to CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA)
