Job Summary/Purposes
As the HRBP leader for Prada brand China, you will be a key member of the leadership team of China Group HR, driving the people strategy in alignment with Prada brand’s global vision and business objectives. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong HR business partner who can influence at the executive level while leading a team of regional HRBPs and collaborating closely with group COEs to deliver scalable, best-in-class HR solutions.
You will act as the trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring organizational effectiveness and talent excellence. Your leadership will be critical in shaping employee experience, leadership capability, and workforce planning in a fast-evolving market.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as the senior HR leader for Prada Brand China, translating global/regional HR strategy into actionable plans that drive business performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, ensuring HR initiatives align with long-term business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of three regional HRBPs, fostering collaboration and excellence in HR delivery.
2. Talent & Organizational Development
- Own the talent agenda—drive succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs to build a future-ready workforce.
- Partner with Group COEs (L&D, Talent, Compensation) to implement global frameworks while localizing solutions for China’s market dynamics.
- Coach senior leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, and change leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Workforce Planning
- Oversee critical HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, merit cycles, talent assessments) with a focus on fairness, consistency, and business impact.
- Lead headcount planning, workforce optimization, and budgeting in partnership with finance and business leaders.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws while safeguarding Prada’s employer brand.
4. Culture & Employee Engagement
- Champion Prada Brand’s values, fostering a culture of belonging, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, implement actionable improvements.
- Resolve complex employee relations matters, mitigating risk and promoting a respectful workplace.
5. Data-Driven HR Leadership
- Utilize HR analytics (turnover, productivity, talent metrics) to inform decision-making and measure HR’s impact on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Group HR COEs to standardize reporting and share best practices across regions.
