•Proficiency and speed write ingredient specification to meet new ingredient development need from Innovation/Productivity/Technical Brand Stewardship project, or update Legacy Ingredient Specification up to Global Ingredient Standard, by following global ingredient standard requirement, launch and facility ingredient spec workflow and routes, ensure accurate, complete and digitized ingredient specification complete in time and/or meet updating target (Legacy ingredient update, or spec maintenance)
•Mastery PepsiCo global ingredient standard and rational behind, specification writing workflow and routs, digitized IT tools as defined (Product vision, and SAP for future), related tools include but not limit to supplier questionnaire (PQQ with Product vision, SQ with SAP), CR process, Issue’s escalation process. Understanding interface between Global ingredient standard, SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance), PSS
•Work with Functional Approvers (Regulatory, Quality, Food Safety, Product Development, Analytical and Micro) and Operation QC to validate correct migration of data to the Global Ingredient Specification system, includes review and align the specification creation and changes, communication with vendors for acceptance on specification change as needed.
•Support APAC DiSW Lead to work on CAST SAP system deployment and implementation in region in line with PepsiCo’s digitization roadmap.
•Support system associated activities, enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment to specification creation as may be required.
•Above or Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food Science and Microbiology, or adjacent subjects. MS is desired.
•2-3 years of experience on Regulatory, QA/QC, Food Analytical experience or other Food related FMCG in a technical role. 1-2 years of which on Product Development or Specification Writing. Desire to have knowledge and experience of multi-national food ingredient specification standard, and digital specification system.
•Excel/Word/MS Outlook - Microsoft product proficient. Ability to learn computer applications/programs quickly
•Technical English communication skills, verbal and written.

•Ability to work under pressure, Confident and able to speak or present to senior leaders when needed.
