Short Description:

Feature System Engineer for seating system feature development / test /sign off including such as seat position control, seat heating, seat vent, seat massage, zero gravity seat

Responsibilities:

•Lead feature development including feature study/benchmark/quality FMEA/Feature spec and FTPS

•Lead feature test case and test sign off to deliver program milestone on-time

•Lead and resolve function & cross-functional issue affecting features and functions

•Better understand of seating system including massage/seat climate/seat position control

•Be familiar with seat module functions such as software control logic and algorithm

•Has the experience on seating hardware such as seat structure/package/sub-system

•Knowhow about the UX methodology

1. Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

2. More than 5 years working experience in relevant area in other OEM or supplier

3. Highly proactive & able to demonstrate & inspire a 'can do' attitude

4.Good Team player and be able to see the big picture & has a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the features

5.Good English communication skills with cross-region team on feature develop and deliver
