Job Title: End User Services Team Leader
Location: Shanghai, China
Department: Core IT Services
Reports to: Head of Core IT Services, China
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced End User Services Team Leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day IT support operations across our China offices. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, high-quality IT services to our internal users, while also leading a geographically distributed support team. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of driving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.Role and responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end user support team across multiple locations in China.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex end user support problems.
• Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations including desktop support, device management, office IT infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor service performance, user feedback, and SLA compliance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, support processes, and knowledge base.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to align local practices with global standards and projects.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle management, and software deployment.
• Assist in vendor management for on-site support services and hardware procurement.Education and experience
• Strong knowledge of end user technologies
• Familiar with ITIL practices and service management tools
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in a multinational or regional support environment is a strong plus.
Skills
Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, laptops, printers, video conferencing systems.
