Ensure the establishment, effective implementation and continuous improvement of corporate compliance system.
Assist the department head to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are up to date, easily accessible and clearly communicated to all employees.
Conduct solid business model review, activities and data analytics and industry benchmark, to support Management decision and operational excellence, especially in response to emerging risk areas and business growth needs.
Design and deliver regular compliance training on healthcare compliance, Company policies and procedures, including FCPA and the Company's Anti-Bribery Procedures to internal employees and/or external business partners.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, independently review and provide quick response and pragmatic compliance guidance to them and raise risks and concerns where applicable.
Proactively and independently lead compliance Initiatives and projects to support business operation excellence and enabling functions integration and upgrading goals.
Develop annual compliance work plan and closely monitor the plan’s implementation.
Proactively identify issues and weakness from compliance monitoring programs for each business unit, including data analysis, business operational audits, documentation reviews, spot checks, etc., and follow up the corrective actions plan to improve the system.
Involvement in the investigations process if requested.
Other required tasks such as BD compliance support, compliance CSO reviews, committee meeting preparation, etc.

12+ years’ relevant experience in corporate compliance, internal control, auditing or risk advisory areas, including at least 5 years in compliance positions.
Healthcare industry experiences covering both MNC & local biotech is required.
Compliance support experience in commercialization, R&D, clinical, and capitalization operations is required.
Big 4 or similar auditing background is required.
Master’s degree is a plus. CPA/CIA/CISA/Bar and other certificate is a plus.
Be able to work independently as a professional business partner to provide compliance guidance, taking fully responsibility of the in-scope risks, customers and projects.
