• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Improve RTR process, focus on but not limited to chart of accounts standardization, balance sheet routine review and reconciliation, etc.
• Manage end to end PTP process with transformation programs and ensure smooth daily AP process, including set the KPI and monthly/quarterly review to deliver a good AP quality and efficiency.
• Manage inventory process, especially in inventory & COGS accounting, inventory valuation, and operational guidance.
• Manage CAPEX and lease accounting and operational guidance.
• Manage and monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring agreements and transfer pricing policies comply with internal requirements and external tax compliance standards.
• Lead accounting transformation initiatives, including process improvements, system implementations, and the adoption of automation technologies or scalable software solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Business Operations.
• Support internal sox requirements & external audit processes as needed.
