Responsibilities

•Mainly responsible for visiting clients for documents and traveling to tax authorities for submission of tax returns;

•Filing documents;

•Handling admin duties;

•Photocopying documents;

•Word processing and data entry work;

•Other ad-hoc jobs.

Requirements

•College or degree holder

•At least 1 year's relevant working experience in similar function preferable in multinational company

•Good organized and customer service skill

•Hands-on skills with MS Office software (Excel, Access, etc.)

•Good command in both spoken and written English
