This position aims to provide the sufficient engineering and planning service for preparing, scheduling and following up dismantling work and/or various maintenance, storage, and engine tasks. He/she prepares the work, ensures the follow-up and provides mechanics and technicians with technical support.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Prepare and issue the dismantling job cards in accordance with the Harvest List provided by the customer and in accordance with the aircraft's customised technical documentation.
- Define printing priorities in accordance with the customer's request.
- Establish time booking Work Orders for each step in the standard process (Technical office / Inventory / Removal / Coating / Cutting / Additional work).
- Establish the Work Orders for additional work on specific tasks (conservations / Borescopies / Engine removal, etc.).
- Be able to provide approved data for all work to be performed in accordance with CAAC/EASA/ NAA procedures, rules and requirements.
- Anticipate the need for tools through the technical documentation and the team leader.
- Propose technical support to teams operating on site.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of assistance documents and tools and procedures in coordination with the Quality Department and the technical teams.\
- Assist the Project Manager on request.
- Ensure the technical follow-up of aircraft subject to maintenance following dismantling.
- Prepare and manage additional work initiated by the Project Manager.
- Follow up and update work documents.
- Assist PM in the follow-up and management of schedules.
- Support PM to communicate with customers in technical English.
- Read drawings.
- Continue improvement for dismantling procedure and deconstruction instructions with the Project team.
- Participate in the recycling improvement project and other related creative topics.
- Library and Publication Management: Ensure that aircraft documents are kept current and available for all ALS operational activities and staff. Manage and dispatch documentation to all concerned ALS organizations and people.
- Technical Records management: Manage all the Technical Records during and after maintenance check embodiment.
- Embody AIRBUS' values and strategy and promote them within the team.
- Other tasks that are assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree in Aeronautics, engineering or equivalent, or
- BTS or 2 years' higher education in Aeronautics, or equivalent 3 years' higher education in Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical Design and Production, or equivalent, or
- Aeronautical, Mechanical or General Engineer's degree (5 years' higher education), or equivalent, or
- Aeronautical diploma course
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 8 years experience in the aviation maintenance industry.
- At least 2 years experience in engineering related positions.
- Prefer to having the experience of production planning.
- Having the experience in a new capability set up is preferred.
- With ENGINE, System and or Structure background is preferred.
- Having experience in CAAC DMDOR/EASA DOA or Part21 organization is preferred.
CERTIFICATION:
- CCAR Part-66R3 licence, category TA with English level 4.
- Airbus and/or Boeing type rating experience, A320 & A330 is preferred.
LANGUAGE:
- Fluent English both in written and oral speaking.
- Command in technical English.
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of aircraft technical documents.
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (Part 145, FAA, etc.)
- Customer and manufacturer relationship culture.
- Design & Stress analysis software experience is preferred (CAD/CATIA/Nastran etc).
- Knowledge of map reading.
- General aeronautical knowledge.
- Draft documents related to the current work site.
- Know how to use the tools provided (computer and technical documentation).
