Responsible for providing service to key mills and distributors in E China to maintain and strengthen the strong relationship with the stake holders.
Develop detailed, executable account plan based on the understanding to the market dynamic and customers, and deliver the account plan to hit the target.
Build up solid relationship with multi-level personnel at customers, especially in the complex organization, influence the decision makers, influencers, and transform the initial interest to business deliverables.
Develop new customers in the designated territory, expand the data base for potential ones, and drive new specification as an ongoing process.
Aligning with product and marketing strategy, better utilize the internal resources to drive the business growth.
Understand the value chain. Work closely with marketing, VCM, and TMD to track the sales realization, match making the appropriate mills/brands, and demonstrate the value of working with LYCRA® to both of upstream/downstream.
Understand the knits market dynamics, feedback the market intelligence, and propose the change if it is necessary.
Establish the own point of view to the market, and give creative proposal for sustainable growth.

Education Backgrounds: Bachelor or above, Textile education background is preferred.
5 - 10 years of working experience in marketing, sales or business development function, Textile apparel background is preferred.
Excellent communication and inter-person skills.
Good value seller with “differentiation” and “value delivery” mindsets and with spirit of understanding customers’ needs.
A team player, be able to work closely with team, and utilize internal resources.
Value chain understanding & knowledge of apparel or textile industry is preferred.
