职位描述

  • Build B&W/PC/HC lean manufacturing strategy and roadmap for Greater China.
  • According to Unilever Supply Chain strategic goals and current situation, responsible for formulating future-fit lean production/continuous improvement strategies and implementation plans.
  • Support B&W/PC/HC factory to ensure they stay aligned with BG strategy. Lead team handshake with global/cross function, bridge the factory to global/outside. Responsible for the benchmarking exercise across globe to get quick wins.
  • Coordinate the execution of lean transformation system with top management as well as stakeholders.
  • Manages and drives implementation of ManEx program in Greater China B&W/PC/HC factory, ensuring site UMS masterplan in place and being actively driven throughout the factories.
  • Advise on best practice, masterplan structure, priorities through E2E supply chain. Comprehensively understand factories loss and cost, to drive savings and achieve business cost benefit by driving loss elimination through UMS to optimize Net Productivity such as CPT/OEE/DBNR/wastage etc.
  • Deploy future digital factory implementation and advanced industry 4.0 solutions. Co-work with digital team and input lean methodology to related project at the same time drive the process optimization and automation improvements.
  • Lead and execute the knowledge and skill penetration and accumulation through lean academy which include training, coaching as well as consulting. (e.g.: PDCA/ECRS/SMED/WCM 7 step methodology)
  • Build learning culture, Kaizen culture, LUTI culture, lead UMS dedicated workshop and discussions.
