The job focuses on B&W Innovation planning/E2E Supply Chain process and projects management. This role will represent as the contact window in China B&W Supply Chain. It plans the critical interface among the relevant project teams, like R&D, MKT, etc groups, to ensure that the conceptual development is delivered smoothly and launch in market on time in full. This position is also interface across the various Business teams, considered the streamline/flexible/efficiency supply Chain strategic, to support / achieve the overall Company goals. Additionally, this role plans the long-term sourcing strategy, Gross Margin improvement, ect.

Key Accountabilities:

Position Responsibilities –

1） Understands the interests of the entire supply chain in the early and developmental stages of the innovation process. 

2） Works with the Supply Chain team, as well as the Business teams to develop a feasible launch plan for all new innovation, re-stages, line extension, formulation changes, new packaging, etc…

3） To manage supply chain cost, gross margin improvement, business waste control as well.

4） Communicates and maintains physical product information.

5） Works with supply chain process owners to develop current and future supply chain capabilities.

6） Long term capacity plan study and optimization.

7） Relevant BU supply Chain projects support

Professional Skills:

Knowledge

1). Education Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Planning, Engineering or related fields.

2). Experience 1+ years of relevant experience 

Skills Specific: A working knowledge of the Operation Planning processes, Project Management, and the Logistics Management.

Experience Required:

Presentation of data to management is required for business planning, priority an innovation planning background, or as a backup Demand planning background should be also considered.

Having the skills across numerous categories on planning processes while maintaining control over their own brands. This is a position, with numerous critical interfaces requiring experience, good judgment, and an ability to work with people, a basic understanding of several business processes and leadership skills. This position also requires the planning and execution of the day to day requirements of specific projects from a tactical point of view. In-depth understanding of, or experience with the piloting and launch phases of the Innovation side of the business is necessary.
