This position is mainly responsible for the physical and chemical testing of the materials laboratory at Gestamp China R&D Center.

Responsible for sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and related record collation, and accountable for the authenticity, accuracy and traceability of test results.

负责制样、检测、数据分析以及相关记录整理，并对测试结果的真实性、准确性和可追溯性负责。

Responsible for the daily maintenance, calibration, and periodic verification of laboratory instruments and equipment.

负责实验室仪器设备的日常维护、校准和期间核查等工作。

Complete the drafting and regular revision of laboratory related documents.

完成实验室相关文件的起草和定期修订。

Responsible for daily 5S work in the laboratory.

负责实验室的日常5S工作。

Other tasks arranged by manager.

部门经理安排的其他任务。

Full time college degree or above, major in metal materials related field.

全日制大专及以上学历，金属材料相关专业。

3 years (and above) relevant material lab work experience.

3年以上材料实验室相关工作经验。

Familiar with the chemical composition, metallography, hardness, tensile test at room temperature, and cyclic salt spray test for metal materials, familiar with relevant testing standards at home and abroad, and possess independent operation ability.

熟悉金属材料化学成分、金相、硬度、室温拉伸、循环盐雾等检测方法，熟悉国内外相关检测标准，具备独立操作能力。

Candidates with CNAS laboratory work experience and an internal auditor certificate are preferred.

有CNAS实验室工作经验且有内审员证书者优先。

Accountable and responsible, with strong practical ability and communication skills.

认真负责，具有较强的动手能力和沟通能力。

Advanced computer system skills for Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
