What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Omni SPT channel strategy and region project coordinator
2. SPT CRM strategy and all platform CRM score card consolidation
3. Owner of Pet record mini program to drive registered number and LTV
4. Lead RC shopper co-creation project with ecommerce platform (eg. Pet tag)
5. Contact window of NMKT and Sales team

What are we looking for?

1. 3-5 years Ecommerce sales/Trade marketing/CRM working experience
2. Ability of Data analysis and strong shopper insight
3. Familiar with Ecommerce CRM tools and platform CRM methodology
4. Strong communication and eager to learn
