•The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for product strategy, product portfolio management (PLCM, specification & performance, P&L, product coverage, product attributes, etc), new product development, implementation of product benchmark with competitors, definition of the sourcing (supplier, total cost, etc), business model (stocking, direct shipping, warranty, etc). The product manager also steer the project management (interface with internal and external business partners). Responsible scope: APAC
•The Data & Digital Specialist is responsible for: support phase-in and phase-out of product system, define and lead to digitalize product communication (incl. new product developent plan, portfolio overview, RMI & PPC, time to market, sales by product group, etc.). Digitalize portfolio and new product management with vehicle on road and news cars. Enhance digital tools (eg. Power Bi) for product managers on their specific focus, unify and construct determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs. Responsible scope: APAC
•Graduate or undergraduate students majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science academic education background is preferred
•Job experience more than 5 years as product manager, or product development, or data and digital
•Good English language skills
•Above average data analysis and presentation skills
•Comprehensive Knowledge about PLCM, product costing/pricing and other product related commercial/financial processes
•Skilled in portfolio management
•A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
•Self motivation, proactive, ownership, structure and systematic, result oriented.
