•Manage and maintain the equipment in good status through the implementation of TPM

•Setup and implement the Preventive Maintenance plan

•Support new equipment development to fulfill specified testing requirement.

•Setup of new equipment & technology

•Equipment up/down time analysis with report

•Equipment and testing fixture design & drawings management.

•Analyze and optimize the equipment improvement and the realization of the equipment improvement.

•Warehouse management

•Tools and gauges management.

•Provide technical training to techs. and operators

•Lab management，safety，5S etc.

•Other task assigned by manager

Educational background (language):

B.A. degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, electrical control.

Fluent in English or German speaking and writing.

Job Relevant Knowledge:

Mechanical design, Automation, mechanics.

Work Experience:

Experience in mechanical, CAD, good electrical control ability highly preferred.
