职位描述

 Job summary:

1. Tracking retail and sales intelligences and brand retail performances in regular reports

2. Continuously improving retail productivities by measuring retail SOP against brand standards

3. Planning rolling FCST by anticipating the consumer organic demands, plus trade supports, and sales force capabilities.

 Main task and responsibility:

1. Initiating sales and service standard and evaluating the executions with improvement plan to individuals.

2. Cascading product news, marketing activities and trade promotions to the sales force, and proposing ad-hoc activity to bridge the sales target and actual delivery for retail manager.

3. Provide regular and ad-hoc sales report with business insights. Develop data accurate, master data information and reporting.

4. Propose sales scheme evolvement by evaluating the scheme efficiency corelated to productivity

5. Support retail manager to cascade and manage retail sales force effectively, including but not limited to regular sales meetings.

6. Support retail manager and POS managers to engage VVIP customer effectively, with CRM and PR team’s back up.

7. Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by brand management.

Competency / 能力

1. Strong logical thinking and data analytical skills with business sense

2. Good communication and co-ordination skills understand field needs.

3. Problem solving ability, influence still, openness to change.

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. / 资格证书・学历・经验等

1. 5-year SOP related experience of premium cosmetics industry

2. With luxury industry working experience is preferred.

3. Ideal candidate from direct competitors

Other Requirements / 其他要求

1. Fluent English and Mandarin in both oral and written.

2. Proficient in MS office software, especially Excel and PPT.
