1. 对客户下发销售订单和订单的确认;
Issue sales orders and order confirmation to customers;
2. 在收到预付定金后维护销售订单的执行;
Implement sales order after receiving the down payment;
3. 安排客户提货;
Arrange customers pick up;
4. 准备采购需求;
Prepare purchasing requirements;
5. 在收到预付款后通知仓库准备交货;
Prepare delivery note to Warehouse after receiving the payment;
6. 化解客户投诉;
Distribute customer service complaint;
7. 完成物流部高级经理及供应链总监安排的其他工作。
Other tasks arranged by Sr. Logistic & CS Mgr and Director of Supply Chain Management.
1. 大专以上学历,商务、物流或相关专业;
University Degree or above, major in Business, Logistics or other related majors;
2. 2年以上采购、客户服务、订单管理或物料计划相关工作经验;
More than 2 years’ work experience in purchasing, customer service, order management or material planning;
3. 注重细节,有耐心;良好的沟通能力;
Attention to details, patient and good at communication;
4. 具有ERP系统经验,或相关系统经验;
Experience in ERP system or other related system;
5. 有一定的英语能力,大学英语4级或同等水平。
Good at English, CET 4 or equivalent level.
