Responsibilities for External Candidates
•Act as China WeCom IT SPOC and application owner
•Run daily operations, meeting SLA, security, and Ford IT standards
•Shape and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business owners
•Translate requirements into a prioritized backlog; lead delivery, risk mitigation, and post-launch support
•Track KPIs, analyze product health, and drive improvements from user and partner feedback
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and release dependencies; ensure data security and compliance
•Research new technologies for business value and support related MSS initiatives (Ford China, Lincoln, Ford Beyond)
Qualifications for External Candidates
Education Qualification Bachelor degree or above
No. of Years of Experience
•3 yrs + experience
•1+ years PM experience
•Experience with managing cross function integration design and issues
•Experience with multiple MSS business function portfolios
Professional Exposure
(Technical Skills)
•Demonstrated business requirement/process elaboration, analysis and design skill
•Demonstrated ability of digging deep into customer real needs
•Subject matter expertise IT knowledge
•Subject matter expertise knowledge of WeCom and Mobility tech solutions
•Subject matter expertise in dealer sales business domain
•Cross function integration excellence
•Project management accreditation or certification preferred
Preferred previous experiences
•Motor Industry MSS business process knowledge and experience
•Experience of China WeCom project delivery and management
•Experience of Agile project management and coding is a plus
•Experience with mobility and social media solution as an advantage
•Experience of DevOps/J2EE development is a plus
•Experience of prototype design tool like Axure is a plus
•Experience of big data tool like PowerBI is a plus
